Payments received through the JCR Payment Portal & Stripe are activated at the time of account changes or creation. You will see charges that are created from an account change within 24 hours and in some instances you may not see your account status change until payments have cleared ACH.
While we welcome account changes in either direction we under stand when you need to downgrade your service and we allow you to do that twice in one 12 month billing period.
Same Day Service Requests must be submitted to JCR by 3 o'clock PM to receive same day service. Service request that come in after the 3 o'clock cut off will be placed as priority for the next business day. We include Saturday Mornings as a Business day up until 11 AM for Same Day Service Roll Overs Only. You must make special arraignments to schedule service on a Saturday. Tech Support is offered at no cost to the business customer for the internet connection but the free service stop at the router. Any Tech Support Required on your company owned equipment will be billed at JCR Tech Support Standard Rates.
This Service is a best effort provided via fixed wireless connection: every condition has been met to provide the rated service to your business and we will only make package adjustments for speed and pricing based on location of your business and at the sole discretion of JC Robbins.
Each Business Account is required to pay their bill via the Payment Portal but are not required to sign up for auto pay.
